What this website is

This site describes Chokmah's AI adoption practice, its services and its point of view. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, or professional advice you should act on without a scoped engagement. Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written agreement (a Master Services Agreement and a statement of work), not by this website.

No results claimed

Chokmah is a new practice and has completed no client engagements. The pages under /case-studies/ are clearly labelled methodology scenarios: composite descriptions of how an engagement would run. They are not records of delivered work, and any figure shown on them is an illustrative target, not a measured result. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise of a specific outcome, saving or return. Real outcomes depend on your workflows, your data and your team, and are agreed in the engagement documents.

Third-party statistics and links

This site cites third-party research (for example from MIT, METR, Gartner, IBM, Zinnov–nasscom and Indian government sources) with links to the original material. Those statistics belong to their publishers, are cited as at the dates shown, and may be revised or withdrawn by their authors. Where an author has caveated a finding, we note the caveat. Outbound links are provided for reference; Chokmah is not responsible for the content of external sites.

Intellectual property

The text, design, brand marks and layout of this site are owned by Chokmah or used with permission, and are protected by law. You may read, quote with attribution, and link to this content. You may not copy the site wholesale, pass it off as your own, or use the Chokmah name or marks to imply an association or endorsement that does not exist.

Code, deliverables and intellectual property created within a paid engagement are governed by that engagement's agreement. As a rule, in a Workflow Sprint the client owns the code built for them, but the binding terms are in the signed contract, not here.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its admin area; not to submit unlawful, misleading or abusive content through the contact form; and not to use automated means to scrape or attack the site. We apply spam and rate-limit controls to the contact form and may block abusive traffic.

The contact form

Information you submit through the contact form is handled as described in the privacy policy. Submitting the form starts a conversation; it does not create a client relationship or any obligation on Chokmah to provide services. There is no automated reply, and a submission is not confirmation that we will engage.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at every moment, though we try to keep it accurate and dated.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, Chokmah is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Your use of the informational website is at your own discretion.

We may update these terms as the site or our practice changes. The effective date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
